The warm seaside apartment is located in the heart of Tallinn and is right next to the beautiful Old Town, the harbour and to everything that the romantic and medieval city of Tallinn has to offer. Its location gives you the opportunity to stroll and wonder around the Old Town, go sightseeing, take a culinary voyage - drink wine in Toompea and enjoy dessert in Neitsitorn, explore museums, theatre, music, architecture, culture, nightlife and much more to spend quality time in this historic city.

Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.

The studios are on the villa's ground floor, our home is on the next floor. Both studios have separate entrances and both have a serene view.
