We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Our Pretty Suite is an adorable getaway located in the quaint town of Swisher (near airport). A historical building remodeled as a pretty little honeymoon or bridal suite, the space is suitable for bridal parties, honeymooning, or girls' getaways. The suite sleeps 7-8 guests, includes a full kitchen and a romantic jacuzzi jet tub. You’ll love walking to the local coffee shop for a homemade pastry or staying in our dreamy retreat sipping an espresso.

Centrally located, near a bus stop, bike trails and shopping, this spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an extra guest sofa bed downstairs. A dedicated workspace allows you to work away from home. Relax on the outside deck or sit down in front of the 65" inch TV to watch your favorite streaming service. In the morning, enjoy the fully equipped coffee station. A washer and dryer are located downstairs, as well as a two car garage.

At Home in Goosetown

Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Goosetown. Just minutes from downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa. North Dodge Ace Hardware and the NODO Cafe are a short block and a half away. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer available on site. We also now have WIFI in the unit for your convenience.

Rocklyn Apts - Rhythm & Blues efficiency

Located in College Hill Conservation Historic District. This cozy efficiency apartment is in the second level of a charming historic 1872 brick home, just 6 blocks from downtown Iowa City, many restaurants and stores as well as 9 minutes to Kinnick Stadium. This brick home and this upper level survived the 2006 tornados and have been completely remodeled and restored.
