Large king bed, ecosa mattress. 50 inch TV with Netflix, full kitchen, oven, four hobs, microwave, washer dryer, small dishwasher. Starter tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk. Great afternoon sun, outdoor seating, double glazed, fully insulated, heatpump, Fibre internet. Note garden is under development.

Welcome! This is a clean, cosy, comfortable, fully furnished, healthy flat (plant-based interior paint, no harmful chemicals, no smoking/vaping please). From here, visit the Wellington region or access the ferries: 3-min drive to the motorway (noise can be heard outside the building; it is peaceful inside), 13-min walk to Johnsonville Centre, and easy access to buses and trains to the city. Feels like home away from home: park in the d/way, great amenities. Won't see us unless you need us :)
