Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

Guest Cottage

We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

This space is perfect for someone in need of a getaway from everyday life. Wake up with the sun, make some coffee, work from home with peace and quiet. Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

The Guest House at Bellpine Vineyards

Retrofitted one-room outbuilding with loft on 70+ acres in a gorgeous setting with private, gated driveway. Set back 400' from quiet rural lane.
