The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
