The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. The bedroom features a queen bed, a full bath, and a small closet with washer and dryer. Wifi is available, but we recommend ditching the smart phone for the stars and the sunrise.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse, completely separated from the main house, has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas bbq and shopping.

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.
