Cozy Kapiti Getaway

Our stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or singles who would like to enjoy what the Kapiti Coast has to offer. The space is self contained on the ground floor of our house with your own private access. This boasts a recently refurbished comfortable space. Your own spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and use of the ground floor garden. Take a short drive or walk to explore nearby restaurants, a Saturday market and the local beach. Unwind in comfort at our cozy Kapiti getaway.

Sunny cosy getaway near beach

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

A small guest suite apartment which is joined onto the main house. You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem

Driftwood Escape at Otaki Beach

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

When was the last time you unplugged from the madness and dove into nature? No, really? Nestled into lush green forest an hour north of Wellington, Waitohu Lodge was built on the three Rs: relax, rejuvenate and revive. There’s 2ha of Jurassic-like forest where the only sound is native birds and the breeze rustling the 100-year-old trees, a brand new 6m x 3m swimming pool to cool off in, a private bush-walk and stream. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.

Unique quiet space for you to relax for a night or two. Self contained unit on the ground floor of main house. Private entrance and large living area, with separate bedroom. Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds. Try out the tennis court and swimming pool, or simply sit and relax under the grapes in your private court yard. sorry no children

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Tea, Coffee, toaster and microwave facilities, but no kitchen. We are very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Waikanae Park Suite

The guest area is a 32 sqm self-contained wing in our home with a separate entry. There is a modern bathroom, separate toilet and small lounge. couch The laundry has kitchenette facilities for making drinks and preparing simple food - continental breakfast is provided. All windows are double glazed. Outside are two seating areas and a garden with fruit trees
