Private guest suite separated from the main house by a shared laundry area. A spacious sunny living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The lounge has a heat pump to keep you cosy (or cool), Sky TV, rural wireless internet & the home is double glazed. There are 2 Double bedrooms complete with brand new furnishings, K & Q beds. As well as a deck area, including outdoor table. The setting is beautiful, private and comfortable.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set on our hectare of landscaped grounds this contemporary cottage offers a great peaceful retreat. Enjoy the vibrant gardens and walks through wooded paths. Listen to the calls of the many birds sharing the garden. Spend time on the north facing decks taking in the beauty and serenity of this special place. Stylish furnishings add to your enjoyment of the house. An extra guest can use the fold out sofa or single hideaway single bed.

Escape to our cozy tiny home in Wattle Downs, South Auckland. Newly built and thoughtfully designed, it offers comfort and tranquility. Inside, find an open-plan layout with a living area, and well-equipped kitchenette. The bedroom features a queen bed for a restful night's sleep and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a recommended walkway around the shoreline or cycle. The nearby Wattle Downs Golf Course offers 9 holes. Conveniently located for travel to the airport and Auckland CBD by car.

Studio is attached to main house, has its own entrance and private outdoor area . Off street parking. Semi -rural with easy access to both Nth & Sth motorways. Approx 2.5 kms to village.. 25kms from Airport. No public transport so you do need a vehicle. If needed can provide a single airbed and port a cot .

Self contained loft, 20 minutes from Auckland airport, located within minutes to both the northern and southern motorways making this a perfect location to begin or end your holiday. The space itself has a private bathroom, queen sized bed and wardrobe, there are no cooking facilities within the room although a guide to local food and beverage outlets is provided. Tea and coffee is provided as is a WiFi connection. Some pets ok, no Cats sorry.

Hillcroft cottage is a small self contained cottage within our large garden on 16acres of land. There are 2 resident Labrador dogs, cattle and hens. Continental breakfast is provided.
