The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Originally the front office for the log cabin retreats on Glen Lake, more recently this was 'Grandpa's Little Cabin', providing decades of family memories. This home has a beautiful wood fireplace and the floors are hardwood: black locust, cherry, red oak, white oak, and black walnut. The house has radiant heat in the floors to make these floors a pleasure to walk in the winter even without socks!
