Wonderful hideaway spot near the shore of lake simcoe! Walking distance to waterfront parkette and kids park. Great jump off spot to explore, especially by bike along shore. Many nearby spots to see! Pease check out my guidebook. Backyard has bbq, firepit and lots of parking. Cosy loft that is open concept with a lounge area, small kitchen, and bunk bed. Nice local sandy beaches. *Note train rolls by semi-frequent and is noisy. *Two kayaks are available for rent for $25 each for your stay

2-bedroom boathouse apartment right on the river

Right on the river, enjoy the best of both worlds: the natural beauty of the Kawarthas and the creature-comforts of daily life, with shops and services in walking distance or an easy scenic drive. Located in the Village of Coboconk, the Coby Boathouse is one of few remaining two-storey boathouses along the Trent-Severn Waterway. Built in the mid-1970s & recently renovated, the boathouse is an imposing 600-square-foot structure, with a wetslip below & an updated two-bedroom apartment above.

A cozy spot, nicknamed 'The Snug', has a king size bed, kitchenette, fireplace, a TV and 3 piece bathroom for you to enjoy some time away from the city. Wake up to natural light with a window overlooking a natural pond. The snug, STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, located on our 1.5 acre property, surrounded by trees and flower gardens, next to our log cabin. Wooded trails are accessible at the back of the lot. The large fire pit and gazebo with BBQ and comfy patio furniture. Quiet time after 10 pm.

Cottage #1 - called The Radisson. This renovated, waterfront property on the banks of Balsam Lake. Stephanie & Dave are the owners of The Saucy Willow Inn! It is a family operated property which is situated less than 1.5 hours from Downtown Toronto and located on the banks of Balsam Lake with 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and four boat docks. The space is a perfect vacation spot to get away. In winter we have snowshoes , and an outdoor wood burning sauna.

Steps away from picturesque Cameron Lake, with swimming access. Walking distance to Downtown, including Falls, Restaurants, Pubs, Shops, Parks and Beach. As avid riders, my wife and I have travelled coast to coast on Two Wheels, thus knowing what Motorcyclists need to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Casita Luna Bobcaygeon

Enjoy the lake at this peaceful and centrally located casita (little house). Surrounded by trees and right on the water, this casita is perfect for a romantic weekend get away for two, or with a baby. Located only 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Bobcaygeon, it offers the perfect combination of nature, dining out and shopping. Our casita is new and has a kitchen to prepare small meals. Enjoy our beautiful outside area with a bbq and the day by the lake.

Lakeside Guest Suite, on Lake Scugog, Port Perry

WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
