We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. Shared laundry is available, has internet, can sleep four comfortably and is right on the monon trail, close to Grand Park, Westfield, Carmel and a short drive to Indianapolis!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Do you need a quiet and relaxing getaway? Grace house has cathedral ceilings with lots of windows. The comfy furniture and open concept will be soothing to your soul. There is a main bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is also an office/extra bedroom with a decently comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed that has a memory foam topper. The yard is beautiful with walking paths, a hammock, firepit, and seating areas.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

The Garden Cottage at The English Rose is a beautiful, clean, spacious, light and airy 750 sqft , 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.
