Enjoy this newly renovated apartment in the heart of downtown, just two blocks south of Lake Alice. Wake up and enjoy complimentary caribou coffee and make breakfast in the full kitchen. This space is located steps away from downtown Fergus where you can do some shopping at the local mom and pop retail stores, enjoy some ice cream at Uncle Eddie’s and grab a beer at the local brewery in town just blocks away from your stay. Compliment Wi-Fi and free parking included. This space sleeps 4 adults.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

It is steps away from a privately owned beach for you to sit back, enjoy the sunrise/sunset with a firepit. 5 minute walk away from the well-known Barsness park. Also, 5 minute walk away from Lake Minnewaska public boat landing and public beach. Or enjoy a nice walk to go downtown Glenwood to enjoy all the city has to offer!!
