Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

3-BR lakefront cottage on Little Blue Lake. Soak your cares away in our 5-person hot tub while taking in the serenity of the lake. Large sliding doors offer great views of the lake. Glide around the lake in one of the kayaks we provide, enjoy lakeside fires, swim or fish off of the dock, large yard for games and activities. Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder (from May through October, weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and direct access to nature.

Kids love the swings, beach, and yard games, while the game room features Pac-Man and SNES. End the day grilling on the deck, enjoying a family movie night, or gathering around the fire pit.

About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

This bright and airy lakefront home in Lowell, Michigan (close to Grand Rapids) is the perfect getaway for families, friend groups, or anyone seeking relaxation, fun on the water, and cozy evenings by the fire. The house features 3 comfortable, spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the wraparound deck (with grill and fire pit) overlooking "the cove" where boats anchor for swimming and socializing. You have the option to rent pontoon boat as well!

Paradise Cottage Wabasis Lake

This wonderful cottage has a 10' x 34' deck to sunbath and view the 414 acre lake with a variety of wildlife including eagles and swans. There is a seating area below the deck also. There are 2 porches: a screened in porch and the glassed in porch. A pickle ball court is just a few yards away. 2 kayaks and a paddleboat are available upon request. The sunsets are marvelous! This is a great place to unwind, relax, becoming more and more peaceful.
