Charming Hillside Country Home

This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The address to the apartment is 104 E. Washington ST. From Washington St., go thru the black door next to Yanni's restaurant. Go up the stairs and the apartment is on your right. You will see an AirBNB sticker above the door. I will send a code to access the apartment the day of your arrival. Please note, Parking is prohibited on Washington St. from 2AM-4AM. You can park at the Earl Schroffner museum. Their address is 122 N. Dixie Hwy, which is 1 block North of the apartment.

You don't have to be born in a barn to vacation in one. Trade in the city for millions of stars in the night sky! As you enter thru the French doors you will be greeted by an open concept room decorated with a barn/industrial motif. Knotty pine car-siding and galvanized steel, wood floors along with a reclining leather couch and love seat fill the room A full kitchen with granite counter tops await you. There is plenty of natural lighting for the evenings.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just outside of West Lafayette in Fowler Indiana, is this beautiful home you can relax for a get away with the family or yourself. Enjoy a walk through the town park located only 0.8 mi away or a swim at their town pool located a couple steps from the park. This house is also located 27 miles for Purdue University and Ross-Ade Stadium.

A beautiful river cottage on a bend in the Tippecanoe River, with a large deck, spacious kitchen, and lots of yard. Great swimming with a dock for diving. A peaceful retreat for those who want some time away from the noise and the hectic pace of the workworld. In the winter, the fireplace and picture windows create a bird-watcher's paradise.
