The sliding barn door separates the bedroom, where you will also find a large walk-in closet, a marble bathroom with a 6 foot soaking tub, and a brand new queen sized Tuft and Needle mattress. We will meet our guests and orient them to the house and neighborhood, or provide self check-in depending on preference. For the remainder of your stay, we will be close by for any additional needs. Cherokee Triangle is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Louisville, built in the late 19th century and part of the larger Highlands area. The tree-lined streets are a short walk from the restaurants, bars, and boutiques on Bardstown Road. You do not need a car around here - everything is a short walk away. Parks, restaurants, shops, grocery stores are all within 5 minutes on foot. Downtown or Churchill Downs are is a 5-10 minute drive away. Street parking is available.

Our full basement apartment with private entrance is modest but comfortable. Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.

Located walking distance to many attractions. *Do not book if live in the Lexington Area without my approval. *Must be 21 years old to book *Free street parking *I allow 3 guests with added fee but do not recommend for more than 2 days. *My prices have gone up only because I have had bad luck with the guests that have booked with lower prices. I do now give discounts to my 5 star repeat guests!
