You’ll love our chalet it is Private, Relaxing, has Gas Log Fireplace, Hot Tub, Loaded kitchen, provides linens, bedding, pillows, towels, laundry room and full bathroom. Large deck, with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Fire pit. We are in the heart of whitewater rafting country, Zip lines, horse back riding, four wheeling and hiking. Minutes to Summersville, parks and restaurants. We have breathtaking views of the stars.

You’ll find echoes of the past: the site of the old one-room schoolhouse, the foundation of our great-grandfather’s general store, and the original family homestead perched on the hill across from Zela Elementary School.

Gad Dam Guesthouse

Experience wild and wonderful West Virginia in this spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Just a 3 minute drive to the beautiful Summersville Lake, 15 minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge. Come relax in the hot tub on the wrap around deck or roast a marshmallow over the firepit. The garage and downstairs is being used for owner storage. It is unavailable to guests. The living area is upstairs, so walking up and down stairs is required.
