Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

APOLLON by Akroploro - a sea view studio

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located in the northeastern part of Milos, in Pollonia which is a small picturesque village, the studio is enjoying a fantastic sea view and it is close by foot to the local tavernas and a sandy beach. Pollonia is 11km from Adamas, the port of Milos. In the village there is , a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a car rental office.

The Painter’s House

Our comfortable village house, dates from the late 1800’s and was the former home of a local painter, Terpsichore, you can see some of her works hanging in the house. The property has been recently renovated into a comfortable space giving guests a true feeling of village life being located within the labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets in the most picturesque village on Milos-Plaka,Known for incredible sunsets,breathtaking views,wonderful eating houses and beautiful churches.

Το σπίτι μας είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα με υπέροχη θέα. Υπάρχει κοντά μας μια γραφική ταβέρνα, με πολύ καλό φαγητό, καθώς και μια παραλία. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μας: ο εξωτερικός χώρος, το περιβάλλον, η θέα, το φως, η καθαρή θάλασσα και άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος: για ζευγάρια, για δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, για επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες καθώς και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Βρουλίδι

Φιλοξενούμε σε δύο ακόμη σπίτια στην Κίμωλο. Mersinia Xaplovouni Makropounta Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και όμορφη γειτονιάσε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού. Δίπλα στην στάση του λεοφωρείου, απέναντι από το mini market Kiki και πάνω από το δωρεάν δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η ταχύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.

The Yellow Boat House

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.
