We offer a comfy queen size bed, comfy roll away twin bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area with couch and tv, private entrance with a private drive and parking area. You can also enjoy many extra features on the property, which include beautiful flower gardens and fountains.

The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

The lodge is a very private/secluded setting located on 62 wooded acres. Everything nature has to offer is just outside the door. Inside you will find all the comforts of home along with fireplace, cabin decor, and walk-in shower with unlimited hot water. Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).

This is a fun 1,000 sq. foot space that is very modern and new. It is only used for guests, so I decided to put it on Airbnb. This is a private dwelling and I know you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for looking! If needed, there is a chair lift. The space has one queen bed and also a couch bed.
