Our cozy apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and special places in Borjomi. Here you can enjoy amazing views of the mountain and the river, and spend time with your loved one in a peaceful environment. The building is newly constructed, located 1.5km. away from the Central Park (5 min. to drive, 20 min. to walk); 10 min. walk to downtown,local stores,banks. The apartment: newly renovated, cozy and comfortable, with minimalist design; One space studio, with double-bed.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.
