This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. We are in the middle of an Amish community with country dirt/gravel roads, amish, buggies, hills and valleys, gorgeous sunsets across the ridge views, neighboring Amish Farm in the valley below. You may see horses or cows roaming the fields. So just relax in the hot tub or visit a nearby bakery, venture out or stay in to grill and chill.

The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
