The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Peaceful and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the town center, ideal for families or groups of up to 6. It features a king bed, two large sofa beds, a bright living area, an enclosed balcony, and a newly renovated kitchen. Free parking and a secure garage make it perfect for cyclists and motorcyclists. The bus station is a short walk away, and the area offers MTB trails, forests, the lake, and hiking routes, while the Kolpa River is about 25 minutes away by car.

Je v bližini Dolenjskih toplic, kjer si lahko oddahnete, če pa obiskujete pozimi pa je v bližini smučišče Gače. V bližini sta tudi reki Kolpa in Krka, ki sta v poletnih mesecih priljubljeni destinaciji za kopanje in turizem. Pozimi pa se lahko odpravite kopati v termalni vrelec KLEVEVZ, kjer ima voda vedno 24 stopinj.
