This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Fish from the dock, kayak around the lake, or bring your boat to soak up the sun. In the winter, grab your ice-skates or ice-fishing gear and head out on the lake. Located directly next to bars , shopping and widely known restaurants like Tratoria Stephanos, Feild to Fork and IL Ritrovo, make walking everywhere easy. Whether you are here for beach days, a little get away or a wedding we are close to it all. Blue Harbor Resort, River front and the shores of Lake Michigan are close.
