Loft bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, well equipped kitchen, wifi, large deck w/ hot tub, BBQ, bar. Fire pit and lawn at waters edge. On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occasional Orca.

Welcome to our comfortable, peaceful Gig Harbor area suite. While the delightful downtown of Gig Harbor and the beautiful Puget Sound are just a few minutes away, this location is great and convenient for exploring the South Sound area of Washington State. The apartment suite is a dedicated space in the brightly lit daylight basement of our home with its own parking and private entry. The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.

Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. This very unique, secluded, pristine cottage is located less than 90 minutes from Seattle on the Key Peninsula in a 17 acre cedar forest with ocean frontage. Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
