Welcome to our spacious 130sqm 3-bedroom apartment in Garðabær, near Reykjavik. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a short 12-15min drive to the city center. Just a 2min stroll from two playgrounds, our apartment is family-friendly. Immerse in Heiðmörk Nature Reserve's nature - stunning trails, lava formations and caves. Work in the dedicated office area. Dining options are abundant, with coffee shop DÆINN, convenience store Krambúðin, and grocery stores Costco and Bónus within a 10min walk.

Top floor, centrally located and well connected to bus stops and main roads. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2022. There are windows and views in all directions. In the Big Room, renovated in 2025, there’s a bed of 200x180cm and a long sofa, for a third person. The windows, facing South and West, have “blackout curtains” to keep out the midnight sun. Öskjuhlíðin is about 6-8 minutes drive, with fantastic view from the Pearl. Lovely, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Light breakfast included.
