Stylish, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the sunny hill Markovec above Koper. The nearest city beach, Žusterna, is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Free parking available. It is on the third floor, without an elevator. Beds can be joined to form a double bed or remain as 4 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for an additional person if necessary. Bed linen and towels are provided. Spaceful apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Semedela is suitable for a quiet friendly or family holiday in the immediate vicinity of Koper, which is only 15 minutes walk distance and 500 meters from the sea. Koper is a beautiful old historical town which, in addition to its extraordinary venetian architecture, offers an exceptional range of activities - cultural, sightseeing, historical and sports.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

My place is close to the beach (5 min walk) and Acquapark, 20min walk to the city center, public transport, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
