Cottage is located in Hobart NY, the bookstore capitol of NY. 25 min to Plattekill Mountain ski resort, Belleayre Mountain Ski Center.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

The home offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. We think Bovina is the 'gem of the Catskills' and this catbird seat above Brushland Eating House is just the place to take it in. Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare. Please note: We do have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. We happily accept one night stays on weekdays. Excited to have you here!
