Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

The 80 sq/m apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony, a bathroom and one toilet. Central heating system is available in all rooms and both bedrooms are air conditioned. One bedroom is equipped with a double king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a safe box in it, while the other one is equipped with two single beds (120 cm wide), a desk and a closet. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.
