The Art Village Karjat, conceived in the mind of an artist - is a boutique hotel for artistic stays and eco getaways. The project is spread over 7 acres of farmland and has been built with earth as the primary medium. This village can house upto 24 guests only. Other facilities include a recreational centre, a cafe where all local & global dishes are available, a swimming pool with underwater speakers, a pickleball court, horse stables, a meditation space, farming patches and a young forest.

Tiki Farms: Luxury Cottage Room

Inspired by the stunning islands of Polynesia, such as Rarotonga, Tahiti, and Upolu, the Luxury Cottage Rooms are a spacious 425 square feet in size. Each of the eight cottage rooms has modern amenities such as a smart TV, high-speed internet, a minibar fridge, an intercom, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a power backup. These cottage rooms face the East Valley and receive the morning sun. The scenery provides tranquillity and inspiration throughout the day.

Peeping out from the hills of Lonavala, The Capella's Aura is a quaint hotelthat offers you spectacular seats to the view of the tranquil mountains and valleys of the Western Ghats. The balcony meanwhile overlooks your very private pool. The bungalow offers all the modern amenities with comfortable bedrooms and a green manicured lawn, for you to unwind at.
