The "Green Aurora" Chamber

Wanderers and overlanders choose this chamber for a moment of safe and cozy relaxation in a homely, soothing atmosphere. The carefully curated vintage interior in green, grounding nuances, tells stories of past homestead residents and guests. With a view to northern light and midnight sun. The room atmosphere is perfect for contemplation, rest and writing, but please feel free to join around the table for a social sense of belonging in the shared retro kitchen with the cozy firewood stove.

Henrybu Comfortable house by the fjord.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

See Northern Lights directly through the window from the bed before you go to sleep if you're too tired to head for the garden camp fire. Outside the front door, even the shortest walk will take you directly into the wilderness from the backgarden, or you can go to the private beach to enjoy a bonfire under the midnight sun in summer.

Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan.
