It is a beautiful house with parking, a nice place to work, relax, and have comfortable family time. 5 minutes from the mall. the beach and the best restaurants and coffee shops in town; and ten min from Plaza Central and the downtown business area. But you'll probably want to take your coffee home, to enjoy it in the backyard cozy patio, your free wi-fi or your fav netflix series.
