Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Tiny Cottage!

Experience Tiny Home and Cottagecore living set in a private and gated backyard with nearby amenities! Convenience store just steps away along with grocery stores, shopping, hospital, Laundromat, bars and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive or have everything delivered! Please be aware that it's one TWIN BED and sleeps one person comfortably, but can sleep 2 if you are very fond of your travel companion. This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

It is in a convenient location, you can go to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, AMC theater, In&Out, Troy High School within 10 mins drive. One parking space is provided on the driveway.

Aviary with Amazing Views!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

This spacious guest suite sits in the beautiful and tranquil neighborhood of La Mirada. The queen sized bed is suitable for a couple. The suite has a private entrance, walk-in closet, small kitchenette, Roku tv, and restroom. Our suite is NOT suitable for infants, children pets. Biola University (5 min.), Disneyland, or Knotts Berry Farm(~20 min). Grab organic groceries from Trader Joe’s or Sprouts (~5 min), close to shopping and various eateries.

The Lemondrop Cottage

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
