Gemütliche 3-Zi-Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht in die Berge an Top-Lage. Perfekt geeignet für Familien mit 1-3 Kindern oder max. 4 Erwachsene. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man bei der Bushaltestelle, auf dem Spielplatz, im Hallenbad/Wellness oder einem der Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat einen hellen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, 2 grosse Balkone, 2 separate Schlafzimmer und eine Nasszelle (Bad-/Dusche mit WC, Lavabo). Zudem gibt es ein Cheminée. Nichtraucherwohnung, keine Haustiere erlaubt.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Das Hallenbad ist wegen Umbau vom März-Dezember 26 geschlossen. Unsere schöne 2 Zi- WHG in Laax liegt zentral und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie hat eine moderne Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler und einen Balkon. Den Laaxer-See erreichen Sie innerhalb von max. 5 Gehminuten. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 ausziehbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind vorhanden. Somit eignet sich die Wohnung für 4 Personen. Während ihrem Aufenthalt dürfen Sie das Hallenbad, welches sich im Haus befindet, mitbenützen.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.
