Also check out Buzzard yurt with its terrace / views /pizza oven /rustic flush loo Private large, rustic, open plan kitchen (+ games, maps and books), shower, compost loo and fire pit. The shared games/music cabin adjoins your kitchen. Dog friendly. Wood-fired hot tub can be advance booked by EITHER yurt. The safety of your group is your responsibility. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Luxury holiday home located in Ladram bay with sea views, close to all the parks amenities in a quiet location. The lodge has 2 private parking spaces (+ extra passes) a small garden area and the most spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the balcony around the lodge. Inside you will find a modern interior; two bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet, sink and shower then a separate family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto an expansive decking area.

Secluded hideaway, heated pool, walks, fossils

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Stonybrook is a privately owned static caravan in the award winning holiday park of Ladram Bay, on the beautiful Jurassic Coast. Spacious private decking with stunning views of fields and sea. There is furniture on the deck to enjoy meals and also a patio area with seating for relaxing. A few minutes walk from the park amenities (swimming pool, arcade, shop, restaurant, cafe, fish & chip shop, and more) and beautiful beach. There are plenty of walking routes and nearby places to visit.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Easy access to S W coast path, village and beach. This is 1 of 2 studios on the ground floor of our home, 2 The Haven also available or book both!

Each solid wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, private hot tub and free access to our seasonal outdoor heated pool (end May - Sept).
