Ideally placed for the North Coast 500, this modernised cottage is warm and cosy with central heating and hot water provided by a biomass boiler, and a wood burning stove for cooler nights.

Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. We are a sand dune away from a safe beach and coastal walks where you may be lucky and see otters, seals and some of the Moray Firth dolphins.The village has a golf course with a hospitable clubhouse And a fascinating museum the TARBAT DISCOVERY CENTRE whose website is well worth a look at. The general store has a good choice of foodstuffs which you can cook in our well equipped kitchen.
