Auf der Südseite befinden sich die 2 Balkone, Whirlpool, Sofa Esstisch und ein Grill. Auf der Nordseite finden Sie 2 private Parkplätze.

On y accède par un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le lac et l’île de Saint-Pierre. Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). ***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

Le Coteau est un superbe appartement en résidence de 94 m2 avec un jardin d'hiver de 17 m2 et une terrasse de 106 m2 avec vue sur le lac et les alpes. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied pour les amateurs de baignades, la forêt à 3 minutes pour les randonneurs, le supermarché à 1 minute, l'arrêt de bus à moins d'une minute, la gare à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 10. En bref, très bien situé.
