Note - Our nightly rate with AirBnB fees has remained the same since 2025. Pricing appears different since AirBnB started playing a shell game and forced all fees onto the host. Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc...
