Birch Street Hideaway

This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

Nestled along the river’s edge, Riverwalk II offers a refined retreat with stunning views and seamless access to the hot springs pool. This three-bedroom residence features a cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. For adventure seekers, the heated ice climbers’ garage includes a dedicated workbench for gear maintenance. Adventure Haus - A-Frame Cabin with Mountain Views

Welcome to the Adventure Haus- a two bedroom, two bath cabin located just outside of South Fork close to ATV trails, the Rio Grande River, and Wolf Creek Ski Area. This cabin has been designed to be your basecamp for adventure. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Welcome to Brimstone Condos at Purgatory, one of the best all-season resorts in Colorado! Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
