This home is super clean, cozy, and well equipped with too many amenities to list. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An open design between kitchen/living room and a big private deck provides space to bring everyone together . Located in a private lot in a great community and is perfect for up to 10 guests. There's a 300 SF sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and 180 degree view of the lake where you can watch deers and bunnies grazing on the lawn, bald eagles flying, and seaplanes landing and taking off. Built in 1913, our home was once owned by the UW Dean, whose efforts established the Washington Park Arboretum.
