The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The self-contained cottage is located on our small rural lifestyle block in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Airport. The cottage is nestled away with a private garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living/separate bathroom/toilet/large deck/shared driveway. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Lake Hayes Suite - Luxury private suite, offering outstanding views of Lake Hayes, mountains and Amisfield vineyard. Beautiful amenities including luxury linens, gas fireplace, wifi, netflix and private hot tub and nespresso machine. Peaceful and close to outstanding restaurants and nearby Arrowtown and Queenstown. No pre wedding photography or preparations, makeup or hairdressers. We do not host elopements at our property.
