Cozy log cabin home centrally located in Western North Carolina about 40 minutes to Boone/Blowing Rock and 1.5 hours to Asheville and Charlotte. Amazing views in this private and gated mountain community. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you walk down to community waterfall or take a five minute drive to the public swimming beach on Kerr Lake. Riverside Cabin on 33 acres

Enjoy your peaceful mountain escape on our 33 acres. We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. Catch bass from the deck! This cozy cabin sits on a 100 year old rock retaining wall and overlooks a 1 acre pond. Feels like you are in the mountains but only a 10 minute drive from Hickory.
