This charming cabin features a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a vintage oven and cooking essentials, satellite WiFi and two sleeping spaces (1 king bed and 1 full futon) – a perfect mountain getaway for a couple, small family, or friends. Bluebird Cottage Spectacular lake views

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!

Come enjoy mountain living without sacrificing comfort. With the lake just a few minutes drive away, water activities are abundant. Kernville is a short drive away offering activities including white water rafting, fly fishing, kayaking and more! You’ll love the quiet area away from the crowds yet close to shopping. Please note: This unit is a kitchenette so there is no stove. We have recently added a futon for an extra sleeping area. It is most comfortable for one but can sleep two people.

Little Dun Retreat

We invite you to enjoy the gorgeous space we have created for our guests. It is a completely secluded guest home with a bathroom and kitchenette. Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy cooking a meal on our BBQ while your spouse relaxes under the stars on our semi-private deck that is fully enclosed. Town is about a 20 minute walk from local bars and restaurants. This is a peaceful place to retreat after enjoying all this little town has to offer.

Mountain spring water flows through the taps, private river with swimming hole, hot tub, horses. No checkout chores.
