Casa Yla este situată într-o zonă liniștită, cu priveliștea spre Lacul Pangarati . Suprafața generoasă de 180 mp a casei va pune la dispozitie un living mare unde puteti petrece cu prietenii, bucataria open-space este complet utilata, iar pe terasa de 100mp găsiți jacuzzi-ul incalzit contracost,zona cu gratar si plita. Casa are 3 dormitoare cu paturi matrimoniale si 2 bai la etajul superior ,iar la parter se mai găsește 1 baie, un miniapartament compus din dormitor si zona unde se afla semineul.

Spacious apartment suitable for 5 persons, located in the heart of the city into a quiet area. You will find large variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking 5 minutes distance. The loft has a separate entrance, located on the top floor of our house. Lovely flat with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed and one extensible couch for single person, TV, free Wi-Fi, terrace and barbeque place. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Safe parking place in front of the house.

Dear guest the house is very quite and even if it looks small, there is enough space for a couple or a family with small children. The ground floor has a complete bathroom, kitchen and a big passageway, while the upper floor has the sleeping area- Big bed, extendable sofa, library, working table and 3 balconies (River, yard and mountain view).

Priveliștea de pe terasă e spectaculoasă, perfectă pentru o sesiune de bronz montan, o pauză de chill cu muzică bună în fundal și un pahar de vin.
