This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Just blocks from NCSU, Meredith, the Village District and pocket parks, this 2nd floor apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. Updated with new appliances, countertops and refinished floors, you'll be able to relax after enjoying the area. Bedroom has ensuite bath. King size bed Sealy Performance Mattress & 5 types of pillows. Room for 1 or 2 cars to park beside unit. This is the 2nd floor of a duplex behind a main house. The exterior and grounds are a work in progress.

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

This fully-furnished one-bedroom "garage apartment" is attached to our main home, but you will have your own private entrance! You can expect this to be your home-away-from-home with all the practicalities and necessities taken care of. No stairs are required to the ground-floor entrance except for two little ones in front of the door. Popular for shorter stays, but more than suitable for longer stays, with ample storage, a combo W/D, compact D/W, and dedicated HVAC system. Amazing location!
