Nestled in the small lake community of Albert Beach. Only a 5 min walk to sink your toes in the beautiful sand. Great swimming beach for kids. The water is shallow. If you like to bike, there are trails to Victoria Beach. Take a ride to the pier and the bakery. Or hike Elk Island. Sit around the camp fire, soak in the hot tub, play some games, and kick back and relax. In the winter, enjoy the Snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing and ice fishing. It includes luxury amenities such as walk in tile shower, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, heated floors, AC, private outdoor hot tub, large deck area with BBQ and dining table.

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Dog-Friendly Modern Cabin Near Beach

Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Close to everything, yet tucked away on a beautiful street in grand Marais. 10 minutes to the famous Grand Beach, 2 minutes to Lanky’s ice cream shop, Lola's, and mini-golf. Watch unmatchable sunsets or simply enjoy nature. 5 minutes to one of the best ice fishing spots on Lake Winnipeg. At the cabin, you can enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom. The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

Just a few minutes away you can enjoy a round of golf at our local course in the summer, and the snowmobile trails are just around the corner in the winter.

The cabin is situated on it's own 1.4 acre lot surrounded by trees to provide lots of privacy. We also offer a bunkhouse during the summer months (June - Sept) if you're looking for more space.
