The Haunted House Apt 302

As you pull into the driveway this 1885 Victorian towers above you, your mouth drops in awe of the size. Up the porch to enter a small front door, a dimly lit winding staircase creaks as you ascend to 3rd floor. Original architecture painted many times over oozes with history. 70 years ago the house was turned into apartments, unloved for many of those years, time has definately taken its tole, yet to the spirits within, their big old house still stands proud and distinguished in all its glory.

2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

In-town Muskoka Hideaway

Join us in Muskoka to kick back and relax in this handsomely curated space with a large kitchen for entertaining. Enjoy the beautiful backyard from the large private deck and have access to a large firepit area surrounded by mature trees. The footpath right next to the property leads to Bracebridge Falls, Kelvin Grove Park and all the shops on Main St. within 2 minutes. Escape to small town Bracebridge with access to all that Muskoka has to offer only a short stroll, canoe or car ride away.

Crabtree House

This private, cozy one bedroom apartment is suited to two adults. Dogs are welcome but I am sorry, cats are not. Decorated with antiques and charm, it is in a renovated, century home on a quiet, dead end street with a short walk to down town, the dock, the beach and the hospital. Parking for ONE vehicle. We have everything you need to cook meals and there are lots of restaurants to enjoy close by. Walking trails, provincial parks, golf courses and Georgian Bay are all within close reach.

The Nottawa Nest

Spacious loft apartment, nestled in the heart of Nottawa, a quiet and friendly village just 5min. south of downtown Collingwood and 15min. from Blue Mountain and Wasaga Beach. Enjoy next door the local pub restaurant, cafe, bookstore & LCBO variety store. This beautifully finished getaway has two comfortable bedrooms, laundry room with daybed, dedicated work space, open concept living room & kitchen with cathedral ceiling & gas fireplace. The balcony overlooks a quiet bay of lovely Lake Vernon, and there is a child bed and queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Very high speed internet. Be the sole users of 425’ of lakeshore and bonfires, sit on the dock over the water, canoe or kayak, fish, swim, and enjoy the water trampoline and slide. Come and experience all that Muskoka and Huntsville have to offer!

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

The Green House

Our cabin is located on Lake Vernon, where you can enjoy the tranquil waters + breathtaking views just a short two minute walk down our private lane. Dock, sand beach, canoe, Muskoka Chairs are all included in your stay. The cabin offers two front decks and a back deck with propane BBQ, table with seating and lovely forest views. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity to Algonquin and Arrowhead Park. This rental requires a 2 night minimum stay.

Windfall Apartment

A beautiful apartment with contemporary finish, 300 metres from downtown Dorset, Windfall sits on a wooded property.
