Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Sunset Point Lakehouse

Welcome to our 4 season lakehouse, where activities can be enjoyed year-round. Located on the south shore of Lake Nipissing. Our home boasts of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with ample living space to accommodate up to 10 guests. We have a large private property, including a secluded, walk-in sandy beach. Public boat launch and boat rentals are minutes away. Lake Nipissing is home to excellent fishing. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling directly in front of the cottage.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.

House located on a beautiful & quiet lake with a sandy beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and open concept kitchen/living room. Outside there's a large deck with a table plus plenty of space to do yoga while you enjoy the view. In front of the house is a fire-pit. Lots of outdoors activities in both summer and winter like swimming, boating, ice fishing or just enjoying the beautiful nature. We also have 2 kayaks for guests to use!

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.
