No smoking in cottage. 4th bed is the double size sofa bed in the living room.. 2-double beds in downstairs bedroom.. One Queen upstairs loft bedroom.. 1 bathroom on main floor. Our property offers panoramic views of a bay and a private water access retreat. We are 15-30 min away from a variety of wineries, breweries, cider houses. Please note that this is an older house. It’s not perfect and isn’t a hotel. The stairs down to the lake aren’t usable during the winter.
