It is a 1929 beautiful Dutch Colonial that is known for its stunning views of the High Peaks, Ski Jump & Bobsled Run. Private and quiet, yet only 1 block from the Olympic Arena & Main Street. House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace (Winter), Farmers Market (Summer/Fall), Rail Trail right near by (year round). Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Seneca Loj is a beautiful, new Adirondack style cottage located directly across from Paradox Bay with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room. There are French doors that lead to a 45 foot deck with a gas barbecue grill and a teak table with seating for 6 along with deck chairs. Dine on the deck overlooking Lake Placid Lake and Mckenzie Mountain while taking in magnificent sunsets displayed in front of you. A/C window units in bedrooms.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
