Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Newport Jail “Break”

Located in historic downtown Newport, centrally located on Main Street. Stay in the jail addition of the 1843 County Safe Building. Completely renovated. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. 8 miles to Mount Sunapee. Enjoy your unique experience taking a jail “break” or prison “escape”. 2 original jail cells with new sets of comfortable bunk beds, lockers and a smart TV in each cell. The 12x14 screened in cabin with ladder accessed loft sleeps 2 comfortably. Don't worry about bringing pots and pans - cabin is equipped with dishes and a water supply.
