Fully stocked kitchen with a dinette that seats 4, another dining room table that seats 8. There is a bird cage in the corner of the dining room, no bird. Plenty of outdoor seating with the gas grill. The hot tub is located on the downstairs porch. Also, downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and laundry room.

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.
